Vision Bank is seeking an experienced Mortgage Banker/Loan Officer in several markets of our footprint to prospect for potential mortgage business. Applicants must be able to prepare, analyze and verify mortgage loan applications for customer’s real estate needs. Applicants must have at least 5 years experience in originating mortgage loans including FHA, VA and Conventional. Applicants must have interpersonal skills to interact well with clients and co-workers. Essential duties included but not limited to: executing effective mortgage marketing plans, providing mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on a full understanding of client needs as well as Vision Bank Mortgage products and their benefits, good written and verbal communication skills, posses solid negotiation skills, and demonstrate proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Teller responsibilities include assisting customers with various transactions, maintaining cash drawer, completing reports and servicing new accounts. Ability to recognize customer needs. Applicants must project a professional image, have effective communication skills and be detail oriented. Must possess proficient math skills and have the proven ability to be cooperative and positive. Previous banking experience preferred for all teller positions.
Required Education and/or Experience
   1-2 years related banking/analysis experience and/or training
